Terms of Service

By creating an account or using UM Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a contract between you and Amin El-Bekry, based in Halmstad, Sweden ("we", "us", or "our").

UM Tracker is a companion web app for tracking WWE 2K Universe Mode data — shows, rosters, matches, rivalries, and championships.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WWE, 2K, or Take-Two Interactive. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You still play and simulate matches in WWE 2K. UM Tracker is an external organisation tool; we do not modify or interact with the game itself.

You must be at least 13 years old to use UM Tracker. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at legal@umtracker.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Each account may create up to 10 Universes. Archived Universes are permanently deleted 30 days after archiving.

You retain ownership of the Universe data and other content you create in UM Tracker ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, back up, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted, subject to our retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or overload the platform, or use it in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.

You may not use UM Tracker to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content, or to impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Our Privacy Policy at umtracker.com/legal/privacy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using UM Tracker, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

You can start using UM Tracker with a free trial — no payment or credit card is required to create an account.

After the trial, continued access requires an All Access subscription: $5 per month, including VAT.

Billing is recurring and renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Before you complete a paid purchase, we provide clear pre-contract information including the price, billing interval, cancellation method, and your withdrawal rights.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA (including Sweden), you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For digital services where you request immediate access, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once access begins.

If withdrawal applies and you exercise it within 14 days before using the service, we will refund any amounts paid within 14 days using the same payment method.

Free trial: you may use the service without payment for the duration of your trial. When the trial ends, you must subscribe to All Access to keep using UM Tracker.

Paid subscriptions: you may cancel at any time through account settings or email (email us at support@umtracker.com). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable consumer law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period or materially not as described, you may have statutory remedies under Swedish and EU consumer law. Contact us at legal@umtracker.com to resolve issues before escalating.

We aim to keep UM Tracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify usage limits. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscribers.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of UM Tracker.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 SEK if you use the service for free.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Swedish or EU consumer law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You may stop using UM Tracker at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at legal@umtracker.com or use account settings when available.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice where practicable, except for serious violations or legal requirements.

On termination, your right to access the service ends. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.

For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you are a paying subscriber and do not agree to material changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

We encourage you to contact us at legal@umtracker.com first to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve it, Swedish consumers may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.
